Bangalore to Goa by Konkan Railway Train
There isn’t a direct train from
Bangalore railway station to Goa. For a direct train to Goa getting a train
from Yesvantpur (YPR) station (only on Tuesday and Sunday) or from
Krishnarajapuram (KJM) station (Wednesday only) is the only option available.
All other trains you have to alight at Londa junction. From Londa junction you can
take a shared taxi to Ram Nagar, a 15 minutes taxi ride. You will be charged
anywhere from Rs.10 to Rs.20 to get to Ram Nagar. From Ram Nagar there is a regular
service of buses going to Goa. The bus takes the route from Mollem to Ponda and
then city of Panjim, a travel time of 2 hours from Ram Nagar to Ponda. If you
are planning to visit South Goa you have to take your onward journey from the
